Building Policy

You can learn more about moving in and out of the storage units and the use of free tools during the rental of self-service storage units.

Entry
You can enter the facilities via your keycard, otherwise the insurance will be invalidated.
Please use the customer area for entering and leaving the facility; loading or unloading items from vehicles - freight traffic - is available through one of the garage doors, dedicated for such purpose, which can be opened via keycards. Please remember to always lock the garage doors after you have finished packing.
Please use the stairs instead of the freight elevators in all cases when you do not transport items.

Facility rules

Please make sure to swipe your keycard at the gate when entering and leaving.
Please always return the transportation tools to be used free of charge to their designated place.
Waste is collected separately, please ask for more information about the waste disposal at the storage offices.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire area of the storage facility, the designated area for smoking is located in front of the customer area.
Please note that touching other storage units is strictly prohibited and it may result in initiating criminal proceedings!

Locking your storage unit

Most storage unit doors have two compartments where two padlocks can be placed. One of them is for placing your own padlock and the other shall be left empty. Storage units having compartments for both keys and padlocks can be locked with your own padlock as well.
Should you fail to use your storage unit in compliance with its intended use, or should you delay with the payment, your unit may be locked in accordance with the GTC until the case is settled. An informative note will be placed on the door of your unit, in which case, please contact our storage office, where our colleagues will help you to solve the problem.

In case of emergency

In case of fire or other emergency please leave the facility immediately through the staircase. Do not use the elevators in that case!
