The Price Guarantee can be applied if:

  • ► Equivalent Unit: The competing offer is for a self-storage unit of the identical size.
  • ► Proof of Offer: You have sent the competing quote (text or photo) to info@selfstore.hu.
  • ► Valid Quote: The competing offer is still valid at the time of submission.
  • ► Location: The guarantee is being applied to one of our Budapest facilities.
  • ► New Customers: You are a new customer (you have not held an active contract with us within the last 6 months).

Exceptions (Where the Guarantee Does Not Apply):

  • ► Non-Professional Providers: Offers from private individuals or companies not primarily engaged in the self-storage business.
  • ► Non-Storage Alternatives: Quotes for garages, basement storage in residential buildings, or pallet storage. These services differ from our high-quality self-storage system and are not comparable.
  • ► Existing Contracts: You already have an active rental agreement or have already moved into your unit. The guarantee cannot be applied retroactively.
  • ► Vague Pricing: The offer does not state a specific price (e.g., "Starting from 3,500 HUF").
  • ► Additional Services: The guarantee does not cover extra services or add-ons.
